SELDOM collects only the information needed to understand, verify, and route a property enquiry to the assigned project salesperson.
What we collect
- Name and contact details supplied through the enquiry form.
- Property interest, intended use, size preference, budget context, timing, and decision role.
- Preferred written-contact method, suitable salesperson call window, and consent choices.
- Campaign and source information used to understand how the enquiry reached SELDOM.
How it is used
SELDOM reviews the submitted information and verifies the request in writing. We do not make qualification or sales calls.
A verified enquiry is shared with the assigned salesperson for the project so they can discuss current availability, price, payment plans, suitability, visits, reservation, and contracting.
Who receives it
SELDOM and the assigned project salesperson receive the information required for the enquiry and follow-up. Information is not sold as a general-purpose contact list. SELDOM may earn a commission if an enquiry results in a completed property sale.
Your choices
The enquiry form asks separately for written-contact consent and salesperson-call consent. You may decline to proceed before handoff.
To request access, correction, or deletion, use the platform operator’s contact form and identify the request as a SELDOM privacy enquiry.
Current status
SELDOM is currently operating an INK pilot. This notice will be reviewed when additional projects, service providers, or data systems are introduced.
